General Policies

Appointments: We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, online, or in person. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins as far as possible, but it is subject to availability.

Group Bookings: For group bookings of 3 or more, a 50% deposit may be required. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule without penalty. Please contact us for more information about hosting bridal showers, children’s parties, and other private events in-store.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being rescheduled or a reduced service time to accommodate the next client.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Gratuities: Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. If you wish to show appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities can be added to your final bill or given directly to your nail technician.

Personal Belongings: Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. The products we use can damage cellphones, handbags, and other items. Please ensure you put them somewhere safe. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

Service Policies

Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. If you experience any issues with your nails, please inform us within 1 week and we will redo the service or make the necessary corrections free of charge. No refunds will be given unless we have been given the opportunity to address the issue.

Nail Polish: Although we use only the best quality nail polishes, nail polish is prone to chipping. We will repaint nails that have chipped within 2 days free of charge. We do not offer complementary fixes thereafter. If you are active with your hands, we recommend an alternative product such as gel.

Maintenance: We recommend that gel overlays and gel tips be soaked off after no longer than 3 weeks. Acrylic tips and overlays can be filled after 2 weeks and no longer than 3 weeks. After the initial fill, an additional 1 or 2 fills can be done at our discretion depending on the condition of the nails. Alternatively, we will recommend a soak-off and reapplication. Thereafter, we recommend that the nails are soaked off. We do not fill nails that were not originally applied and filled by us.

Health and Safety: For the safety of our clients and staff, we do not provide services to individuals with contagious conditions or open wounds. Please inform us of any allergies or health concerns prior to your appointment.

Children: No gel tips or acrylic treatments for persons under 16 years of age. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We kindly request that young children not receiving services remain supervised to avoid disruptions.

Gift Certificates

  • Purchasing: Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any service or product offered at our nail bar.
  • Terms of Use: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift certificates.
  • Expiration: Gift certificates expire three years from the date of purchase.

Client Conduct

  • Respectful Behaviour: We aim to maintain a relaxing and pleasant environment for all clients. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
  • Feedback: We value your feedback and are always looking to improve our services. Please feel free to share your suggestions or concerns with our team.
